Q: Why Lovely Gowns?
A: We at Lovely Gowns know how stressful it can get to find a beautiful gown, for a decent price. Lovely Gowns is here to mesh the two! We work hard day and night to find vendors that will provide high quality special occasion gown at a very affordable price. We believe that EVERY occasion is a LOVELY occasion and requires a beautiful lovely gown.
Q: Will you ship to me?
A: Lovely Gowns ship to all 50 states in the United States. If you live in another country please e-mail us before purchasing!
Q:What are my shipping options?
A: Our standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.50. Local Delivery is $4 this is currently for customers located in Cleveland, Ohio. Free local pick up is also available for Cleveland, Ohio.
**Do not select Free Local Pickup if you are NOT in Cleveland, and are not able to pick up. If this situation arises, you will be required to pay an additional $15 fee before we can either ship or deliver your order to you. You WILL NOT be able to obtain your order until this fee is paid.**
A: We recommend that you allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be delivered. This is just an estimated time.
Q: Can I return my gown for a refund?
A: All sales are FINAL. Full refunds will only be given if product is delivered defective, and exchanges are subjected to approval.
*Exchanges may be approved if your order is delivered defective or you need to exchange for a different size. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to be approved for exchange or return.
*If your order is approved for exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. You MUST return your order clean and with ALL tags still in tact.
*Returning orders without approval will NOT result in a refund.
Q:I am unsure of my size, what can i do to ensure that my order fit?
A: With each product, we provide a size chart designated to that particular item. The best way to ensure that you order the right size would be to take your measurements. Please DO NOT take a wild guess. We promise it is VERY easy. use the chart below to help you with where and what to measure. We will also upload a video that will show you exactly how to take your own measurements.

Q:How often do you update your inventory?
A: We are working on updating our inventory once a week. This is to 1) make sure that we are up to date on availability of each item & 2) provide you with the latest and best fashion trends.
*Lovely Gowns processes all orders on Mondays & Thursdays @ 8 PM EST. This allows us to ship multiple orders at once. It also allows us to charge a flat rate price, no matter what state you live in. If you are confused or have any questions about this process, please e-mail us.
