Shipping, Refund & Exchange Policies

Regarding Refunds:

  • All sales are FINAL. Full refunds will only be given if product is delivered defective, and exchanges are subjected to approval.
  • For a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your gown with photo proof of defects. 
  • In order to receive refund, if approved, you must return the gown, clean with all tags intact, to us within 48 hours of receiving it. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
  • Returning orders without approval will NOT result in a refund.

Regarding Exchanges:

  • Exchanges may be approved if your order is delivered defective or you need to exchange for a different size. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be approved for exchange.
  • If your order is approved for exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. You MUST return your order clean and with all tags still intact. 
  • Returning orders without approval will NOT result in an exchange. 
  • If you simply are not satisfied with your gown, you may exchange it for Lovely Gowns store credit of equal value only.

Regarding Shipping:

  • We ship to all 50 States. Yes, this includes Hawaii and Alaska! 
  • We ship via USPS Priority Package mail.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks from date of order for your expected delivery. This is only an estimate. We strive hard, and have been successful in the past, to get your gown delivered to you as fast as possible.
  •  Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please expect shipping times to be delayed! This is again, an estimate. At this time, we are unable to give estimate time arrivals. 
  • Once provided a tracking number, Lovely Gowns is not responsible for the package, and it's tracking. For any questions about tracking your package, contact USPS with the provided tracking number. 
  • Once provided a tracking number, Lovely Gowns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For any questions about lost or stolen packages, contact USPS with the provided tracking number.
  • If returning a gown, Buyer is responsible for package until they provide us with a tracking number. Once we receive a tracking number, buyer will no longer be responsible for delivery of gown.
  • If you live in another country, please email us at before purchasing.

Our standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.50. Local Delivery is $4 this is currently for customers located in Cleveland, Ohio. Free local pick up and local delivery is available for residents of Cleveland, Ohio. 

**Do not select Free Local Pickup if you are not in Cleveland, and are not able to pick up. If this situation arises, you will be required to pay an additional $15 fee before we can either ship or deliver your order to you. You WILL NOT be able to obtain your order until this fee is paid.**



  • We have a strong pre-shipping inspection process in place that checks every item including fabrics, seams, zipper, beads, rhinestones and etc. for defects, and we double check the color, size and quantity against the packing list for accuracy.
  • Our inspection team take pride in what they do and we want you to feel safe ordering online from us.
